Overall reflection  These lessons on copyright infringement and plagiarism reminded me to be more careful in using other people’s work. Case 1  Filipino Society of Composers v. Benjamin Tan, 148 SCRA 461 (1987)  Facts: Plaintiff-appellant is the owner of certain musical compositions among which are the songs entitled: "Dahil Sa Iyo", "Sapagkat Ikaw Ay Akin," "Sapagkat Kami Ay Tao Lamang" and "The Nearness Of You." April 12,2026 Our Church and Sinsay Bonding Day 💖 It was a simple day, but full of love and happiness  that’s how I would describe my bonding time with my boyfriend. It wasn’t fancy or expensive, but it felt truly special because we were together. We met early and went to church together. The atmosphere was peaceful, and my heart felt calm and happy. While attending the Sunday Service, we listened and prayed side by side. It felt meaningful to bond not only as a couple but also to grow in faith together. A Night of Wins and Gratitude During our Emblem Day and Night, I honestly did not expect anything significant to happen. I simply wanted to give my best and fully embrace the experience. However, it was truly fulfilling and heartwarming to learn that the yell I created achieved 3rd place, which I did not expect. I did not anticipate receiving any recognition, which made the moment even more meaningful and memorable. What made the experience even more special was that we also achieved 1st place in the overall competition. It was a proud and unforgettable moment for all of us. The time, effort, and dedication we invested were all worth it. This experience reminded me that even when expectations are low, success can still come in unexpected and rewarding ways.
